We wanted to share some pics of our gorgeous veggie garden! The warm weather and mother nature have been good to us, albeit needing a bit more rain, but we can fix that. Current crops include:
Arugula
Squash
Spinach
Green Beans
Tomatoes
Tomatillos
Jalapeños
Fennel
Eggplant
Scallions
Swiss Chard
Cucumbers
Farmer/Chef Steve is getting close to harvest on some of these crops and hopes to start incorporating them into some menu special a little later in the month. Stay tuned!
